(1)The user should introduce basic information of the device in details when ordering, including size of reactor, and operating temperature.
(2)The user should put forward needed product specification, model and total content of silicon and aluminum components. Because the inertia ceramic ball is filled in the reactor at dry bulk density, the user should determine the quantity according to actual filling volume and consider 15% - 20% allowance when ordering.
